PositiveRoom size small staff is wonderful love them activities are great for all ages it's an old place but clean 1 bed and 2 bed & studio. I love it here I would recommend Emmerson 100%. Everyone is kind , helpful, considerate. Something for everyone. Just remember you can't please everyone but staff listens and tries.

CriticalThe apartment is good size with good layout for single occupant and good kitchen appointments. The food leaves a lot to be desired and they have had a couple health department troubles in the last 4 months, cleaning is supposed to happen every two weeks - this has been unreliable. There have been several days with no hot water. Rear facility doors are dilapidated and not ideal for individuals with mobility limitations

PositiveThey are very knowledgeable very friendly and always ready to help. Amenities are great and many to choose from. Apartment sizes are small so you don't need much. Everything is free like laundry everything is free. Movie night, exercise classes, trivia game nights, so much more.
