Essex did a good job all things considered. Had to move sis because they said she would need more assistance than they could provide. Good facility compared to others I looked at. Staff too small. Too much turn over in staff!!! Staff under payed. They can make more at almost any job around.

Essex of Columbia review

Essex of Concordia is by far the best of the over twenty facilities I looked at in a 50 mile radius. Most had a small bedroom of the hallway Essex has a living room a bedroom and bath plus kitchen net with frig and microwave. The staff is the best I found in all the places I inspected. [name removed] and his staff are there to support the residents. I give all the rated areas a 5plus. If you need more let me know.

I really enjoy living here. I have made new friends and now they are family to me. The manager and her staff just go above and beyond each and every day. This past Christmas was just the best. I can't remember a Christmas I enjoyed more with my Bristol family. I have never regretted moving to my new home.

We just toured this facility last month and we really enjoyed the staff and how caring they were. The rooms are large and lots of light comes into the rooms. We believe we will be taking our family member to look at this facility.

Our mother loves living here. Staff are friendly. Home cooked meals. The home allows our mother to have her pet. We highly recommend this place.

[Name removed] is awesome, she cares about her residents and takes the time to care for them as if they were her personal family. I would recommend this to anyone who is needing care for a family member.
