My now 88 year-old mom with mild late onset Alzheimer's dementia moved to Evergreen Assisted Living in [date removed]. I toured many different assisted living facilities and this was my first choice. Very VERY disappointed with the Administrative/Managerial staff at Evergreen. Today ([date removed] move in date)was supposed to be a great day for my 84-85 yr old parents. After months of being on a wait list, multiple conversations, deposit submitted. Extensive conversations from the initial meeting about my Mother's health and mobility, They were set to move in to Evergreen. Two weeks ago they were informed on the day/meeting they were set to sign papers that Evergreen "did not have the adequate staff to assist …

Evergreen Senior Living review

My brother has sent two of his favorite shirts to be laundered and they weren't returned to him. I gave all categories listed a #1. Only need for improvement, in my opinion, is a better laundry system of accountability for residences to have all of their laundry returned to them.

So far we are very happy with Evergreen and the staff. If we have concerns they respond quickly and are very happy to help address any situation we have had.

A wonderful independent retirement community, highly recommended

This review is for the cottages (independent living) they get all 5 stars! The club house for the cottages has a great chef (unfortunately retiring in 2024), several activities offered and [name removed] the activity director is well loved. They have happy hour once a week in the clubhouse and go to local restaurants, parks, rose/rhododendron gardens, etc. The cottage sizes are excellent! They have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a one car garage. They also have a full kitchen but it is smaller.
