So far I would rate Evergreen a 4 out of 5 stars. The staff is generally friendly and professional and I feel that my Mom is in good hands. The food seems pretty good on most days. And they keep things very clean.

They did not tell us they did not assist at all with the people living there. We would never have gone there. My mom was bullied By them as they watched her try to get out of bed by herself. It was not a good experience.

Everyone in the building greets you as you pass. There is a warmth and caring among the staff that we found was lacking at [community removed]. That is what has made the biggest difference for us. The building is designed phenomenally well. Plenty of places to sit and talk to your loved one in Memory Care, especially good if you can't take them out anymore.
