Best place for our elderly love ones

We did visit Fairmont on Clayton. And both of my sisters became residence in [date removed]. My older sister [name removed] has since died this March, but my sister [name removed] is still a resident and assisted living there. I would rate at five stars. It is an excellent place. The staff is very attentive. Very reliable the owner our administrator is always present and visiting the residence. The place is very clean no bad odor. The food is very good. Fairmont is a great establishment for Seniors with a range of needs including end of life. I would highly recommend to others for their loved ones. also the staff is caring and diligent and they are reasonably priced. they charge based on the level of care needed and then ensure they have the appropriate number and skill set of staff for everyone's needs instead of charging extra for every little thing above a certain level of care.

Loved the head caregiver and nurse, [name removed]and [name removed]. They each gave me their cell numbers to call or text anytime, and I did. They were great about addressing whatever the issue was right away. Everyone there was kind and loving. The medicine tech, the kitchen staff, all caregivers were all so great! Food was great... I never worried about dad.

We had a terrible experience They were understaffed The few people that were there especially in the evening had very little knowledge about how to handle even basic questions . Not sure about the food, my husband never had a meal while he was there.
