Overall pleased

Marketing staff was great. Management could be better. For instance my mom had surgery and I spoke to them in person about bringing her supper to her room and they forgot. My mom has done a few activities but I feel like other facilities offered more. The food is 9/10 times great. Cleanliness of common areas is fine but included in rent is housekeeping and that leaves a bit to be desired. She is in and out in 5 min an doesn't do very well. What we like the most about the community is the social aspects and that as you get older you need help doing things and there are people willing to help you out. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I was so impressed with Fairview Estates. I was greeted with a personalized welcome sign at the entrance. The location was modern and clean on the outside. I was greeted by 2 workers while meeting up with [Name removed]. [Name Removed] was awesome! The good is very very good. The staff is courteous and kind , easy to talk to and are available to help out with me when necessary. The waiters are very courteous and serve us all with a smile. I was looking for a place to stay at that could fill out my needs . I am a 82 year old senior so the first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors was how beautiful this whole building was. Staff was professional, knowlegable, personable and a lovely person. The lunch was amazing....delicious. Service staff was excellent. The residents were friendly and happy. The facility was immaculate, and grounds appeared lovely and well maintained.

We really are very happy there. Well my parents are very happy there. It's clean and friendly. They have a great apartment. They're pleased with the food. They're pleased with the managers. They're pleased with what comes with it. Very nice situation so far.
