Facility is very nice. We transferred my mother from a facility where the and personal care and medical care was exceptional from the staff. The staff/aids are not as caring, but that could be a northern thing. I would suggest several visits at different times before making a decision at any facility.

Golden Pond is a very compassionate facility that pays so much attention to the little details that go on in your day-to-day life. The caregivers go above and beyond every day to ensure the residence feel safe, valued and respected. The environment is always very clean and extremely well maintained what I say. The staff takes the time to know each resident their preferences in their stories and needs it truly feels like a second family here.

Think twice ...

Former employee's perspective - website words & pictures are quite deceiving .. show-up at 9 pm, unannounced, and see the real deal! I would not want my loved one at this facility! If only the families knew what really goes on ...

Beautiful and Sincere Staff

This facility has been incredible for my family and I am so grateful for all the care that my family was tended to. The facility is absolutely phenomenal with the fact that there are so many activities that my family was able to attend to every single day. They never complained about being bored either. Golden Pond offers a wonderful variety of different options when it comes to the diets and food choices as well.

Golden Pond Memory Care in Hopkinton for my wife

My wife has been a resident at Golden Pond's Assisted Living facility in Hopkinton MA for 16 months, with the last year being in their third floor memory care. I could not be more pleased with the caring and effort the staff has given to my wife in her journey through dementia. This includes all the staff from the top down.
