I recently moved from Dayton to Feridean. It’s a very friendly community. My room is spacious and I love the view of the fountain from my window. The PCA’s are great. I appreciate the various activities they offer.

I moved from a 2 story condo to a beautiful Feridean villa. I love that it is first floor only, has a lovely porch and yard so it hasn’t been a big adjustment for me. It’s as close to home as I could ever get. And the chef salad is delicious.

I’ve been at Feridean 7 1/2 months and already made tons of friends. I love to be involved so I always look forward to the activities (especially the trivia programs). The food here is superb! Feridean is a nice place to live.

This community is perfect for my retirement lifestyle. I moved from New York to be closer to my family and Feridean offers every aspect of amenities to accommodate my needs. I am surrounded by helpful and friendly neighbors as well as staff. I thoroughly enjoy the activities and appreciate the transportation provided for my doctor’s appointments. I truly have no complaints.

Feridean Commons

When I first came to Feridean, I was so scared. I was in an unfamiliar city, a new home, no friends. I thought this would be a very difficult adjustment. But the Feridean community was so kind and welcoming. I have an amazing group of friends. I love my villa. The grounds are gorgeous. It felt like home very quickly. I always look forward to the games we play ( especially BINGO). The patio parties are fun and the staff are easy to be around. Great place!
