CriticalFields was OK. I feel he wasn't properly assessed to stay there. He was only there for 4 days and fell went to the hospital again then to another rehab and they said he needed memory care. Moved him there he was only there for about 10 days and fell out of the wheelchair and passed away. I felt Fields was trying to talk me into keeping him there even tho he really needed memory care. They were being argumentative about it. They finally were like well ok, well except this as your 30 day notice. I felt they weren't …

PositiveThe food is good to great. The executive director [name removed] and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and community areas have a lot of outside light.

PositiveIt would be to there benefit to learn who handles what and get their phone numbers, the facility is always short on help so it's like everywhere else you can never find anyone who works there when you need them, and become an advocate for your loved one

PositiveWe visited our good friend from our high school graduating class and we were impressed by everything there. Best of all, he loves living here. We were only confused about the floor levels, as we thought since he was on floor 2, we would go up, but that is the level you come in on. So, we did get a tour of the facility on our own, until we figured that out!

CriticalMy parents weren't physically there for more than 2 weeks in total between hospitalizations and my mom passing. The real negative for me was that the staff was using their room as a place to hang out and I'm positive they were using their tv. Also when we needed help I'd have to go looking for someone. For the price yes with the caveat that if it's best if they mobile and pretty independent.
★★★★★
CriticalNo place for a non-compliant senior. Although the sales team will try and spin it like they are capable of handling all situations. Not enough of the right type of experienced personnel. Operating on a shoestring budget. Nice building, but wearing quickly. Food is lower institutional quality.
