New administrator is friendly and visibly present to everyone on a daily basis, huge improvement in engagement and patient satisfaction. Front desk [name removed] is an exceptional human being, so friendly and calls you by name every visit. Activity coordinators [name removed] and [name removed] are terrific!

PositiveYes. It is a great place but we are looking to move. My wife was moved to memory care and it is a very depressing area. My wife is physically very healthy and half the people there are nearly incapacitated. I am looking for a more active memory care or an assisted care with security to prevent wandering. I visited Summit of [removed] today and also [removed]. So far [removed] seems to have a more active and happier group of people. It doesn’t work for my situation but still a high quality facility

I come to Magnolia Springs 4 days a week to provide care to a resident veteran. I have always felt welcome, and the staff treats me like one of them. The facility is beautiful and well kept! The residents have several opportunities for socialization and seem to be very happy. I love being here and I would love to be a resident someday.

Constant staff changes. They changed directors in memory care 3 times in the 4 months my mom lived there. There were days my mother was left in her room all day till I came to see her in evening. Several days in row left in same clothing.

My mom lived here . Memory Care is nothing but a locked door no Management . I visited daily . To make sure my mom was ok . I made sure she exercised / we walked back track . And I took her to the mall to walk . The biggest money payers were Memory Care. They are the least to be taking care of . She had stolen items which I reported , and police came . Main thing was her “supposed secure meds “ .. Florence police never gave follow up ..
