My experience

Every new thing we learned after moving in was a plus i.e. storage available for golf clubs, lab work can be done right here, voting done right here on site.

Recently toured this community, it was beautiful! From the golf course to the staff, everyone we met was professional, and friendly.

I recently was given a tour of this community by [Name Removed] and it was fantastic. She was able to answer all of my questions regarding what type of licensure they had, low staff turnover rates, what made her community different than others, and how we could best serve our senior community to find them the right fit. I highly recommend [Name removed] to be your support and guide if you are looking to transition to this particular community, as she will be able to help you with all of your needs.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care from the entire staff. They go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a smile. Look elsewhere

Lived here for many years. Knowing what I know now I would never choose this facility. Management has declined continuously since I moved in. Residents are not a priority. Rules are not enforced. Told years ago the carpet would be replaced but still waiting. Told years ago the dining rooms would be remodeled resulting in lower noise levels – still waiting. Resident costs have compounded but service has declined – thus paying more for less.

I recently toured Freedom Plaza Assisted Living & Memory Care in Sun City Center. I was beyond impressed with the community as a whole and the activities they offer. I could feel the level of care and service was top notch. I appreciated [name removed], the marketing and sales manager taking her time during the tour, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was looking for my mom, and I myself felt at home.
