Definitely 5 stars! They are so kind and caring with the residents, and develop friendly relationships quickly. They truly care! I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Overall nice "homey" atmosphere

We were able to have a birthday party for my sister in the conference room at garden view in Lafayette. It was nice because our family came and had a very nice place to celebrate. I personally like the musicians who come about every other week for entertainment. The residents seem to enjoy having a live band play.

1.Overall experience: The staff barely communicates and does not keep or release records of patients progress despite it being in the lease under your resident's rights. 2.Cleanliness of the facility: After my dad moved into their memory care I found a moldy cup full of mold, full rotting trash cans, a roach, dirty laundry everywhere. 3.Friendliness: Their director is rude and uneducated. Garden View Memory Care

Garden View is a very home like, friendly facility. The design makes it easy for clients to meet each other and for staff to observe clients at all times. Staff is both efficient and friendly. Family members are always welcomed, and the activities are enjoyable.

Highly Recommended

Garden View has been absolutely wonderful, starting with the management, housekeeping, activities provided for residents, meals provided, etc. I can honestly say that we have had absolutely NO complaints and/or concerns since my mother-in-law has moved in approximately three months ago. I would HIGHLY recommend Garden View as an absolutely wonderful facility for your elderly family member!

The New Director is amazing....she is willing to go above and beyond to help families and the residents moving in...very empathetic to our needs....this was my 2nd visit and the first Director was cold and not friendly...glad I gave it another chance...
