I am very satisfied here. It was a good decision to move here. The only problem I had was with the desserts that were being offered to the diabetic residents. When I brought it to the attention to the manager of the kitchen, she did improve the desserts we were offered.

Most of the staff are very friendly. That was the only item on the questionnaire that I didn't give the top grade. I am not a very social person and it is not necessary for everyone to get the highest mark on friendliness. I gave the top scores on the items that were most important to me and that is why I made the choice to live here. I am very satisfied here!

My loved one was previously a resident at Garden View at New Iberia and everything was great for her at this facility! The staff was amazing and always treated us like family. They offered many activities for the residents. The housekeeping and the food were both excellent. The transition in and out were both very smooth for my loved one. I would definitely recommend Garden View at New Iberia to others!
