What stood out most was their inability to keep a director. They lacked leadership which hurt our experience.

Wonderful Staff and Great Place to Be!

[name removed] drew me in with the home like atmosphere and friendly staff. They have a new management team and everyone is open to listening to questions and ideas. The staff are great and there is always something to do. We go on outings and to different stores every week and I just love the scenic drives. It was the most affordable place in the area so the value is absolutely worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone.

The cost of a meal for visiting family increased from [fee removed] to [fee removed] . That's overpriced for the servings. I would recommend this community to other families base on the experience I have had so far.

We had a very good tour experience at Garnett Place. I found the facility itself to be nice and all of the staff and residents were welcoming. When we were looking initially, it was for both of my parents. My mom did not need any care but my dad needed quite a bit. We ended up changing our focus to just my dad, so therefore the facility types changed which is ultimately why we did not choose this facility.

Happy Here and Would Recommend

I would recommend and have recommended this community to friends. When I have an issue the staff is quick at resolving any issues when they occur. My loved one is happy here.

Our tour at Garnett Place was very nice. They gave us goodies, including a spice rub they make themselves and use on their food. We thought the rooms were fine. We just did not like the dining facility. It was kind of a mess/confusing to get to it.
