The place is perfect for my sister. Although she still ask to go home, the workers tell us she is perfectly content when we aren't there. It's clean and the staff is wonderful. We are waiting on her 1st doctor exam now so they can proceed with a few things like having her toenails clipped and she has some swelling around her ankles and needs compression stockings. We feel blessed to have found the place through "A Place for Mom"

CriticalBe very careful making this choice.
The staff is excellent. The care is excellent. But the building is not air conditioned. The rooms get to over 95 degrees on a hot day. And the food is the worst I've ever had in my life (and I thought my high school food was bad). It's unbelievably greasy and ill-prepared.
