We chose Manor House because of the cleanliness, the friendly staff, all the activities whether mom goes or not and the friendliness of the residents to each other. The most important thing is how much they check on her during the day and night when we're not around.

Manor House was the best choice for my mom. She enjoys it there, and she has made new friends. Mom even says she loves the Manor House. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they were just starting new management the week my mom moved in, and it was a little chaotic.

1. 3, [name removed] is a little lax at getting back to us when we have questions. The staff is wonderful, but management is a little lax. 2. The Manor has been very clean, it is old and some of the air conditioning units are in disrepair. 3. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. 4. Now that we have moved into the enriched care, the care is very good. I work her with someone as a aid and all they worker are so kind and nice there always helping you. They front desk worker are very nice and friendly people and they kitchen workers are very nice people. They take very good care of there resident. I would rate every one of these with a 5. What we like the most about Manor House is the way they check on my mother throughout the day. They keep her apartment clean for her. They help her with her personal hygiene. The way they do meals in the dining room is awesome also. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families!
