I give all 5s, except food and activities, which I would give a 4. But I heard that they are about to get more activities going... and they work so hard to serve a meal that works for everyone, but the food is not our style. However, they could not be more caring, and it a very friendly and safe place. They go to extreme lengths to accommodate people's needs. Move in was easy, the staff is caring, kind and attentive. The building is clean and smells great, decorated like home. I receive pictures of my mom and updates regularly as well as calls from the NP when needed. This has been a positive experience.
