PositiveMost of the staff are very engaged and patient. The administration turned over quite a bit, but each administrator that came also seemed engaged and wanting to make things a little better. It's hard to gauge the overall culture of the facility since it just opened and they have very few residents, so I don't think that they're able to do some of the larger community and social things that you would see with more residents. PositiveThe overall experience has been good. The facility is clean and well maintained. Everyone is very friendly. My friend is only 66 and has progressive Multiple Sclerosis. She's happy and the staff will interact with her since she in ok mentally. They are very good with the care and keep in touch with my friends needs. She does say the food is a bit boring.
