Our family's experience

The staff was great at communicating everything from medical to personal matters. Everyone was always so nice & friendly to our family. They always had fun activities & events for patients & included family often. The meals were like home cooking, which was so nice. They spoiled my 5 yr old grandson every time he walked in the door. The room size my mother could afford was small but it was better than being someplace where she had to share a room. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a small facility tha…

Great staff

The staff is great. When I moved my brother there were a lot of administrative duties I took on like transferring prescriptions from White House to Gibbs in Lebanon, which took several back and forth calls on my behalf. I also took care of contacting iris medical, etc. I know it takes a couple of months to get the wrinkles out. The administrative staff is nice, but I think they could have been more helpful with things like this. Everything has worked out but it was a little bumpy for the first month. Everything run…

I would recommend to others. It is smaller so not as many for social interaction. But have been very pleased with the staff which makes all the difference. The main reason we picked them was because of the location and then after touring the room size and price.
