★★★★★
CriticalThe turnover of upper mgt and staff has been high since my aunt has been there. However, the staff that has come and gone have been nice and accommodating.
★★★★★
PositiveThere's been a lot of staff turnover since his admission. I feel they are short staffed when it comes to cleanliness of his room. But that's everywhere I'm sure especially in the health field. They're very good when it comes to providing activities and they go all out during holidays and involve family members. Overall we have been pleased with the care he is receiving.
★★★★★
CriticalIt was an absolutely nightmare. We were lied to over and over about the services. They said my loved one got out and he didn't - as they did admit later. We wouldn't ever recommend that place to anyone. People are super nice! But not honest.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very helpful. The facilities are beautiful. We had a couple complaints about the food. And we had an issue for about a week where my mom couldn't use her bathroom so had to go to the staff bathroom behind the reception desk. That made living there a true challenge for her.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have been accommodating and responsive even with any kinks that came up. I would recommend to others. Legacy has many activities to keep the residents engaged. From the feedback, the menu selection and rotation could have more variety.
★★★★★
PositiveMy father in law states he likes it there and the food is good. We are kept informed of any issues he may have. They try to keep him involved with activities. We are pleased with the facility thus far and would rate everything a 5.
