PositiveThey were wonderful. Cared for each person as an individual. Unfortunately, they have limited medical. So when [name removed]needed a catheter he could no longer live there. It was sad.

CriticalGrand Brook Memory Care, Rogers: During the month she was there many activities did not take place. The staff was often pulled to assist assigned staff (legal ration staff to patient numbers) to the other side, leaving the other half of residents without assistance. On several occasions, mainly after dinner, I needed to go look for someone to ask a question or get assistance. The food quality, at this time, was fair.
