PositiveALL the staff and administrators are very caring and attentive to the residents needs, it's obvious in their interactions that they truly like what they do and the people they serve. it's always clean, the food is good, the move in was easy - the rooms are very nice and have lots of space with storage. Activities, puzzles, work out room are available, beautiful outside courtyard with bird feeders and rocking chairs, family movie room and dining room are nice. CriticalThe care staff is really great. They care a lot about the residents and have their best interests in mind. The issue with the other staff is that the communication between staff and between the families could be more organized. Timelines are often a bit fuzzy unless the directors of nursing are involved. I would give [names removed], who lead the nursing team, 5 stars each. They've been wonderful and really get things done when I push for them.
