Staff was amazing. Facility was beautiful. It was expensive, but worth every dime. Our room was fantastic 800 sq ft. Amenities were also amazing as were the activities. So many fun things.

A Place That Truly Feels Like Family

We absolutely love the staff! mom has settled in really well. Like most places, they could always use another set of hands, but the care she receives is excellent. More expensive, but worth it to have her so well cared for.

Beautiful building/care is pretty bad

Luminations is NOT a certified Alzheimer's unit. MANY services they will not provide because "we're not skilled nursing." You will need a camera in your loved one's room to make sure they get care. My mother went weeks without getting a shower. She would be left in bed till noon (when I would call to have them get her up). Then left in a chair till the middle of the night (when I would call to have to put her to bed). The director told me residents were checked on every two hours. A caregiver told me residents are…

The facility is too big for the medical staff to provide the proper level of care. Facility is great for minimum care. Our family experience. Great for assistant living if level of care is low. Needs improvement for higher level of care and memory care

Very disappointing and telling experience. I stopped by to get a feel for the community and its culture, as I have spent many years in senior living and am intentionally selective about my next opportunity. I would honestly so far give it a five! Most of the staff is amazing, especially [name removed]! The food is delish, and we love that the menu is always changing. Mom is starting to get involved with the activities which they also change up a bit from week to week. It's the most beautiful by far of any of the others I visited.
