Great community!

What a fantastic community and the location is perfect! The staff is unbelievably kind and compassionate. I have heard so many positive things from many people in our community and a family friend just moved her parents in.

We are looking for a place for our mother. Grand Villa Sarasota is beautiful. We had heard so many good things about the community and staff, and the tour did not disappoint. Definitely on top of our list.

Grand Villa of Sarasota

I found them short of staff for weekends. Staff was stretched. We were there less than 2 weeks. They could not handle [name removed] as declined rapidly and had to be sent to a skilled nursing facility where he passed on [date removed]. I think they knew how upset I was. He never saw a doctor and I had a complete meltdown which is embarrassing but the nurse was lying and then they wanted me to apologize to her. It was awful. Other people think it's great and maybe he was just too far along for them to handle. They

The building was outdated and in Hurricane Zone A. The rooms were small. Also, we were not invited for lunch, therefore cannot evaluate the food or service. This was disappointing as the food quality is extremely important to me. Another feature was that there is no swimming pool.

I looked at three videos. Hard to envision layout without floor plan. Why couldn't the floor plan be included at the start of the video? Then you would know where the cameraman was walking. Seems like it would be easy to shoot the floor plans or input it to the video. Thanks to G. V. for sending videos.
