PositiveEveryone is pleasant and helpful. That there is longevity with staff/caregivers is important and I know some people have been there years. They are keeping my husband comfortable and clean. When visit they are sure to tell me what he's been up to. The rehabilitation has been good for as well. He is walking better.

CriticalI was grateful that the community wanted to make my father move over more of his day into the assisted-living side because he was living in the Memory Care unit with my mother-in-law. Their previous establishment had him staying in Memory Care all day long. What's most concerning is their lack of communication. The food is suited for the older palate. The bathrooms are a bit small for those who are wheelchair bound, but the nurses manage. The activity room looks a bit unorganized and could use some updating. The Gazebo would benefit from a power washing and the fallen metal poles located in the back should be removed. But again, affordable and friendl…

PositiveThey are very nice. I would like to make sure level of care is continuously reviewed. I don't want default to be the most expensive. I was scared of facilities that are Medicaid eligible but they are really nice.

PositivePlease note my father passed away about 3 months after living there, and the staff got him into a great wound care place because the rehab he came out of right before moving there were awful and released him with real bad abrasions. This probably gave him the 3 months and gave me a chance to see him before he passed away. Your staff there was wonderful and he did have a wonderful few months there but at age 96 it was his time.
