The staff during the day is a 5. Night crew needs work. I would say a 4. I know there is food that [name removed] doesn't like and it would nice to always get him something we know he would eat. They sent menu to me one time. I did ask for some changes.

My loved ones experience, I recommend you stay away

I have already moved her to a group home as they constantly raised the rates every month. Thing that they could improve on would be - Pricing, let the residents go outside and not stuck inside. Get the caregivers to stay off their phones and interact with the residents.

Our Experience

Everything was better than average. The cost for a level 3 assisted living tenant has risen to the more expensive side. Administration to care staff are all wonderful, properly trained and caring individuals. I would recommend with caveat of fees being on the high end. Of course, I am not aware of similar organizations fee structures and if their cost of services increase the same as Hacienda Del Ray. Hacienda is a wonderful place!
