Hallowstone at Inver Grove Heights

[name removed] did a great job of touring the place with my sister, [name removed], who did the touring. In her notes to me, she noted that the staff was nice and the spaces were good, but the units were on the small side. She did note that lighting was an issue and it looked like the carpets needed replacing. One thing we do know is this property had changed from [community removed] to Hallowstone, so maybe those renovations are in the plans.

We acquired the building just a few months ago and are working on making it a wonderful home for our current and future residents alike. Aging facility; smelly not perfect rooms that were quoted move in ready. Friendly residents and staff. Staff work together like a family getting the job done, but spread how thin.

Caring and Compassionate

Hallowstone was a very compassionate and comforting home for my mom. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. They worked hard to accommodate her needs and were happy to help. The facility felt as close to home as you will find. The residents there were kind and caring to my mom as well. It is a small intimate place and it felt like a family that looked out for one another. I highly recommend Hallowstone to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Nice experience

The facility has changed hands and is now called Hallowstone. This change has been a little bit challenging. However, my sister is still happy here. There has been some changes to staff as well. The facility is clean and more people have been moving in, which is a good sign too.

Neighborhood experience

A very charming, smaller community that I always enjoy visiting. I haven’tbeen connected with the space long, but it’s very comfortable and friendly. The caregivers are all responsive and speak to residents like they are dear friends. The kitchen is very open and interactive for the residents, they can sit at the bar and watch the cook prepare the whole meal, and the food is always nicely plated with familiar recipes. They also have a beautiful back patio with big raised garden boxes where the residents grow flower…

Friendly staff.

My experience has always been good, so 5. Cleanliness and friendliness is a 5. Quality of care a 5. Like the staff. Mom says the food isn't always good. Could have more activity. Too much money for what she has. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Inver Grove Heights to other families
