PositiveThe Facility itself is a little older so you do have the occasional plumbing/ HVAC issue. Staff always goes above and beyond. It is a citified area near the Lincoln tunnel in North Bergen so if you are looking for a quiet setting that's not the place

CriticalIn the rehab, I didn't think they had enough staff. I would ring my nurse CALL sometimes it would be an hour before anybody came. That was the main problem I had with them. The staff in independent living is very pleasant and helpful and the apartment is nice. They help with package delivery. Before I fell and broke my Fibula I enjoyed it there.
★★★★★
PositivePlenty of space inside and out. Fact that you can move from a ALS to an IL apartment when ready. Parking on site if you have a vehicle. Probably not something you want to publicize but my brother enjoys his cigars which they have a dedicated area for smoking
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] the manager was very helpful in making the transition for my brother . She answered all my questions and got back to me quickly when I had problems with the apartment before moving in. The only thing I find lacking is the amount of activities available for independent living individuals The people working there seem to be attentive to the residents
