I do want to add, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The facility overall is welcoming, however, having 2 elevators out of 4 that work in this type community is a safety issue. Quality of care- This is safety for me and who Is of duty after 8pm. what happens if there is a fire. How many people are available to evacuate people? Unknown. Very good and pleasant. I would recommend to others.

Disappointed

I am not satisfied with them. The facility is beautiful and looks very nice, but the care and communication are not good. Things aren’t explained clearly, and it can be hard to get updates or feel like concerns are being heard. Overall, while the place looks great, the actual experience with care and communication has been disappointing.

It's great - she moved in 2 weeks ago and loves it! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The food is very good too! The room is a bit small but the only one bedroom they had left. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Once I reached out to their corporate office, I was contacted immediately and my deposit was refunded. Thank you to the corporate team for such fast and professional communications and actions. Overall tour was very good and informative. Tour guide and the staff we met were nice, the facility was very clean and there seems to be sufficient activities for the residents to keep them occupied and engaged. Thanks
