CriticalVery Disappointed in management.....
they tell you one thing to get your money and do another....they could not control my cousin from walking out of the facility....they sent her to Kane Glen hazel memory care unit out on the other side of pittsburgh...when questioned on why they did this they said they could not control her and sent her there for a couple days to get her medication straightened out..I found out that that was a lie and she was sent there permanently....I did not authorize this....they are taking [Amount Removed] per day to be there..…

The facility and staff are ok only if your loved one has very very minimal needs. The dining room floor needs repaired ... it's a safety issue. They are often short staffed and the staff will prioritize housekeeping over patient needs On the positive it is very affordable. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

Some of the staff are helpful and caring, but not all. Activities are minimal. The food seems to be the best part of the place. Room sizes are decent, but cleanliness is horrible. All the bathrooms are always horrible. Multiple bathrooms are broken. Major plumbing issues and leaks in the ceiling. Broken dining room floor, which is a safety hazard.
