What began as a positive experience ended in an extremely upsetting incident. They are ill equipped to handle end....

According to my mom, the food was great. The woman in charge was very pleasant. We found my mom on the floor at around 11:30 am on a Saturday. Her room reeked of urine. Nobody there was aware, or bothered to care. It was a horrible experience. So no, I would not recommend that community. What began as a positive experience ended in an extremely upsetting incident. They are ill equipped to handle end of life conditions with dignity

Most Wonderful Home

We cannot thank them enough for all the wonderful care you have given to our Dad over the past two years. He was very happy living there and it was always comforting for us to know how well he was being looked after. They always made us feel so welcome. They have a really great team that is kind and hard working. We highly recommend Havelock Manor Assisted Living.
