Positive"We have had a great experience with Hearthstone
My grandmother lives at Hearthstone, and our experience has been very positive. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. The staff is kind and caring, and they always make her feel comfortable and well cared for. We also appreciate that there are regular activities for residents and that the food is good with generous portions. It gives our family peace of mind knowing she is in a place where she is treated with such kindness

Staff is attentive, facilities are always clean, fun and entertaining activities, private rooms are spacious, food portions could be smaller to prevent unnecessary weight gain.

CriticalRoom for Improvement at Hearthstone Communities
Residents were mostly in recliners half asleep with no activities. A broken chair wasn’t fixed, the support dog stayed only minutes, they pushed medicine to make residents sleep, communication was poor, and they even cut hair without asking.

The caregivers at Hearthstone are top notch! I can’t say enough about the care our grandma has received there. The first things she says when we visit is “they take such good care of you here”. We trust in Angie and all of the caregivers there to handle any situations that come their way with honesty and their residents well being in mind always!!
