Everyone on the staff was wonderful. They all engaged with the residents from the front desk to the maintenance guys. The Nurses and the techs were loving and kind. The food was delicious and they had quite a large variety. Residents were given a choice of 2 diffent options at each meal. My Mom had a fall and the center contacted me immediately. The administration office worked with me to get Mom moved in on our schedule and we're available to meet with me whenever I had a question. All of the residents enjoyed the…

Our families experience

They had lots of music each week. The nurses and aids were extremely caring. There was times though when I felt my Mom needed to be checked on more often. The food was delicious and the administrators and maintenance folks were very responsive to any concerns. Lots of good snacks. Overall, everyone was very friendly.

Great service nothing to complain about

Exellent service nothing to complain about the workers are amazing! Great meals and dining the room service and quickness is outstanding nothing to complain about this is a great assist living place !

Wonderful experience at Heartlands

This is easy - they're all fives! Couldn't have imagined a better place for my respite care. The staff were so attentive & friendly it made it very hard to leave. When I first arrived at Heartlands I was greeted with a welcome sign followed by another sign on my apartment door welcoming me also. Within the first 24 hours the director, coordinator, nurses, aids , housekeepers & maintenance came to my apartment & welcomed me in person. Safe and Welcoming Environment

Heartlands Assisted Living in Severna Park has been a wonderful experience for helping me find a place for my mother. Making the decision to go into assisted living can be a frightening experience as well as a new stage of life for the person going into the facility and the family members who make the decision to take this step. My sister and I met [name removed] at Heartlands last week. We are interested in finding a place for my mother. Upon arrival we were greeted with singing. It was entertainment night in the lounge. The guest seemed to be enjoying it. We talked with [name removed] who answered all our questions and was very approachable. We went for a tour in the newly renovated building.
