Everyone on the staff was wonderful. They all engaged with the residents from the front desk to the maintenance guys. The Nurses and the techs were loving and kind. The food was delicious and they had quite a large variety. Residents were given a choice of 2 diffent options at each meal. My Mom had a fall and the center contacted me immediately. The administration office worked with me to get Mom moved in on our schedule and we're available to meet with me whenever I had a question. All of the residents enjoyed the…

They had lots of music each week. The nurses and aids were extremely caring. There was times though when I felt my Mom needed to be checked on more often. The food was delicious and the administrators and maintenance folks were very responsive to any concerns. Lots of good snacks. Overall, everyone was very friendly.

This is easy - they're all fives! Couldn't have imagined a better place for my respite care. The staff were so attentive & friendly it made it very hard to leave. When I first arrived at Heartlands I was greeted with a welcome sign followed by another sign on my apartment door welcoming me also.
