Wonderful facility and staff. Highly recommend

It's wonderful. We are highly satisfied. The property is gorgeous and very clean. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. I'm there at least twice a week and everyone I've met, the med techs, aids, housekeeping, dining room staff, is great. The food is great! You definitely won't go hungry here. They have multiple activities going on for the residents every day. They even had a prom and my loved one was crowned prom king. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We were very grateful for all of the staff and their patience! Proximity to Cumberland Woods Village was a priority. Activities, amenities and dining were all satisfactory for our resident!

The facility has a very homey open feel and tight knit more for the less modern family grandparents feel. In comparison to it's sister location [Name removed] which is absolutely stunning but geared more towards an active and contemporary lifestyle). The staff is hands down helpful, smiley, openly communicative and just very family comfort driven.

Our families experience was great.

My dad was there less than a week on Hospice. He never had any food. He was too far gone and never participated in the activities. Way toooooo expensive. That place is only for rich people. If it wasn't for my brother being in the position to pay for it, my dad would've had to stay where he was which was horrible. The staff was friendly and very caring towards my father. The administration was helpful. We were only there for less than a week, my father was on hospice and had extra care from them also. I would reco…
