My parents have been able to make their villa truly into a home. The staff has been so welcoming and accommodating with personal accommodations. And the times they have needed emergency assistance, the staff has been immediately responsive. Over the past year, my parents have enjoyed getting to know their neighbors. I find it invaluable to know that my parents are in a safe and stable community where they have the assistance they need combined with the independence they want all for a price they can actually afford…

Overall I would have e to give them a 5 in all categories. They did anything i asked. Went out of their way to help mother. After she passed, they went above by helping me with a bed,a walker and a months payment. I have nothing but good things to say about them

I just moved my parents into the Villas which is independent living. Before the move, the admin were great about adding accommodations my parents requested, so they were in place when they arrived. We had a lot of donations as we unpacked and decided what to keep and they helped us take care of them. While getting them settled some neighbors came by to invite them to community outings. Since then, when something has broken there is a quick response to have it fixed. The housekeeping team is super nice and work hard…

My mom is a resident at Henderson Care Center. I am very pleased with Henderson Care Center and would recommend the facility to others. They keep me informed and as best as I can tell, they take good care of my mom. No complaints. On activities, I'm not sure as I have not seen them.
