We keep an exciting roster of events to compliment the amenities we offer, each planned with residents’ personal interests and unique background in mind. Scheduled outings to go shopping, fishing, and so much more are incorporated into our activities and events calendar to help residents stay connected with the surrounding community and create fond memories with one another. ★★★★★
CriticalWe like the staff even though it changes often. They could improve on the food choices and getting residents out of their rooms for activities and meals.
★★★★★
CriticalI would not recommend Heritage Place Assisted Living and Memory Care to no one. The cost is too high.
★★★★★
CriticalIt takes too long when you push the button around your neck for someone to come and help you. The service is very slow, the food is poor quality and poor taste.
★★★★★
CriticalThe executive director was let go during the time my husband was there, so the staff turnover was a concern. I think the staff really cared for the residents from my interaction with them. Overall I thought it was pretty good.
