My father loves it. The nurse the employees are so accommodating and so thoughtful there hospice is unmatched.

I was preparing to tour this facility. I wanted to do a drive by and was shocked at what I saw. The villas are very unkept. Inside and outside. There is trash on the ground. Cigarette buds in the mulch. Isn’t that a fire hazard? Cars speeding up and down the hill. This caused concern because my mother will be out there walking. Yes, the price is reasonable. While we can't speak to secondhand accounts, we do take feedback seriously. Cleanliness, safety, and prompt maintenance are priorities for us, and we have ongoing systems in place to address any issues. We would never want a potential resident or family member to feel uneasy, and we welcome the opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings. We also want to clarify that we are an assisted living community, not a skilled nursing facility. Because the levels of care are different, staffing models also differ. Our trained and experienced caregivers and medication technicians receive ongoing education and are supported by on-site nursing leadership, consistent with assisted living regulations and standards. Their top priority is the safety and quality of care of our residents. We would welcome the opportunity to provide a guided tour so you can see the community firsthand, ask questions directly, and get a more accurate picture of what life here is truly like. Comfort and Caring

It is a home-like setting, cozy and comfortable. The staff takes the time to get to know what their residents respond to; how to get their attention to engage them to take their meals and medications. They have certainly made me feel comfortable through this difficult transition, and they keep me aware of changes, including medications. I wouldn't recommend

It was good when [name removed]] owned it. When the new owners took over, it was not good. Never had healthy food or snacks. Not always a leave I. caretaker at night for locked dementia house like advertised. They did not keep up on upkeep and place was gross. Chairs with holes etc.

Very positive

The staff of Heritage Villas have been more than helpful in assisting my brother. Staff is very kind & will often just sit with him to chat. His laundry is always done & staff accommodates him on days he does not feel up to walking to the dining room. He’s actually gained back some weight since admission

[name removed] was his regular nurse and he loved her. The food was great and they even let have a birthday party for him and his house mates. I would recommend Heritage Villas to others.
