PositiveI have a friend who lives here. Every time I visit her I am always greeted by I smiling face. The residents are out and about engaged in something. There have been multiple updates to the building and they continue to improve it daily. My friend is very happy living here. All of the staff is welcoming and willing to help anyone. I think this is a great place for someone to move to if they are looking for some help and find social engagement.

CriticalGreystone purchased Foxes Grove Supportive Living and began managing the facility in January of 2020. Foxes Grove was known for it's beautiful yards and landscaping. We now see our greenery dying, no more flower watering, the beautiful fountain no longer has water in it, they are a very cheap company. Their baked potatoes are not baked, they are steamed and hard, never hot. Hamburger is cold and disgusting. Dessert is that of a baby, Hello and pudding. Snacks are two types of packaged lunch cakes, the same two kinds ever since I've been here, chips or soda is paid for by you, there are no fresh fruits or vegetables served with meals, their canned. I ordered Broccoli …

PositiveFoxes Grove Staff and environment are amazing. The Activity Director goes above and beyond to provide an experience for the residents that most facilities don't provide. Some of this has included taking the residents out on trips, to the movies and out to restaurants. I am totally happy with all the friendly service I have recieved.

CriticalDuring my tour of the Foxes Grove, I was not very impressed. It seemed like they did not have anything going on for the residents, they were all just sitting around or in their rooms. The place was not inviting. We wanted s brighter more cheerful place for my aunt, this place was not the right fit.
