★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was very caring and welcoming. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and the food was good as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
★★★★★
PositiveI think it's overall excellent, I'm very impressed with all the staff however my dad gets very frustrated with the caregivers. Not the medical staff but the caregivers – he says it's hard to communicate with them and he doesn't feel like they really listen to his needs but I think that's more his problem than theirs. And since my dad is limited to a wheelchair most of the time and they don't have an ADA accessible room that's frustrating for him.
★★★★★
PositiveYou helped us tremendously to narrow the list of good assisted living facilities to look at. We would have had a hard time finding Dad a good place with the amount of time we had available. Thank you very much for all your support
★★★★★
PositiveDad was very hesitant on moving into a home, but when we finally got him to make the move from Washington state he adapted quickly. He loves his care team and friends at the facility. They update me on my dads health. With having Parkinson's they are patient with him and listen to his needs. Last week they worked with the VA and did a medal ceremony for my dad being a marine and the head of nursing also dressed up for the event. It was really meaningful and my dad loved it.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mother was there a short time and then she passed. Overall good experience but as you would expect took a bit to get everything dialed in. Nursing staff was a little disorganized. Once we had outside nursing staff things were better. We liked how clean the facility was. Some of the caregivers were pretty in personal but I thinks you could expect that given the amount of residents.
★★★★★
CriticalHe loves his apartment but is unhappy with the food. He says a lot of the food is unhealthy and they run out of the specials super early. He has also said there is a high turnover rate with staff.
