Looks are deceiving

I wrote an initial review and I sent pictures through yelp that you can look at where my husband had fallen and they chalked it up to falling on a resident, but clearly the pictures that you can see had severe bruising, and Hospice was not notified from Saturday when this happened until Thursday when I saw the extent of the bruising from his mid buttocks, all the way down his right leg and Hospice came in and assessed him and thank goodness he was OK but he had to have been in severe pain when this happened. I would let others know that they do not have a diabetic menu. The cost is the only reason my loved one is here.

I was given a very thorough tour and all the details were very professionally reviewed. The facility was well maintained. I was introduced to several of the residents and was able to get a little feedback from them. Seeing the rooms fully appointed was nice. I was pleased with Hilltop and would recommend adding it to your list of facilities to visit.

Nice facility

I liked HillTop very much. Facility was clean, staff friendly and very accommodating. As with a lot of assisted living/nursing home facilities there were many days that were short staffed. Administrative staff was very helpful from admittance to the time of my brother's passing.

Our families experience

The staff is sweet but swamped with work so sometimes it takes time for things to get done. Yes I would recommend this community to others

Warm, Caring Staff and a Clean Environment

I would give them a 5 because their staff, at least the staff in the memory care section, which is where Dad was, is super caring. The facilities are a little dated, but everything seems neat and clean.
