Our family is very glad we chose Spring Arbor after interviewing various faculties in the area for our love one. And he made the choice!

We couldn't be happier

Spring Arbor's staff have been absolutely amazing from our initial visit 2 months ago to having my mother-in-love in place within 3 weeks. They accommodated everything we could need. They held a room for her, they allowed me to park my car while I moved her belongings from Oklahoma to Virginia and more. The grounds are pretty and clean, near a park in a nice neighborhood with a wide range of medical services on-site and nearby. Living her best life!

Mom was hesitant to move to an assisted living facility. After 6+ years of being the primary caregiver (by her choice) for my dad and almost 5 years of living in the home they built together without him, She decided it was time. I am sure the transition is never easy, but everyone at Spring Arbor has from before she moved in done everything possible to offer her a wonderful experience. Care provided for resident

Quality of care varies with available aides…some are there just for the paycheck and others truly care about the residents. When problems are brought to the attention of the Patient Care Coordinator, feedback is always promised but rarely given. Apartments need to be cleaned more often and trash emptied more often.

Great people and facility

Spring Arbor is great! The staff and residents act as a family. I enjoy spending time with the staff while visiting my father. My father's 1 bed room is perfect. The studio apartments are enough as well.

Vibrant Community that cares for their residents

The staff is very helpful and professional, and the facility is spotless. (I'm there almost every day). Meals are good, and they have paid particular attention to making sure my wife maintains her desired weight. She especially likes music, and there are a number of activities with music therapists, people who drop in to play piano, and the like. It is a very cheerful atmosphere.
