Poet's Walk Leesburg

My tour guide was friendly and answered all my questions. The facility was clean ,bright ,rooms were all on one floor.

The community is nice, way better than where my father is now. The building is all one floor with a rectangle floor plan with two interior atrium. The advertised monthly rates seemed lower than other communities I've looked at. After much talk about my father's dialysis three times per week and writing a check to reserve the room he was not accepted as he has a port and it is against Virginia state regulations for any of their residents to have a port.

The staff treats the residents like family. Everyone is very friendly and compassionate about the residents. The facility very clean, orderly and the food is good.

The facility was lovely and so was the staff. I would feel very secure in having my parent in this facility with it’s availability of drs/ nurses, round the clock staff.

Cleaning staff is really amazing, but I feel you guys need to hire more cleaning staff ( they don't have enough time to do all Chores), rooms are usually not very clean. I will recommend the place!

A happy, safe place for mom

5 across the board. We're very happy with Poet's Walk...All of the staff, from the front office people to those involved in day-to-day care, know the residents, interact with them and help doing whatever needs to be done. It feels very much like a family.
