★★★★★
PositiveThe administrative staff were wonderful. A little pricy on having someone come in daily just to help mom dress and walk the dog twice a day but the ladies with on site Bluegrass Care are wonderful. One bedroom apt roomy. Would of appreciated a bigger fridge. Very small. The only detrimental is the food! Bad!
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that the staff are super friendly and caring. Love that it's in a walkable area. The employees are great.

PositiveMy wife and I were very pleased with our introduction to Hartland. [name removed] was very helpful in giving us many details and showing us some potential units. The residents were very friendly in greeting us as well. Hartland appears to be well maintained and well managed.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat made this a really good experience was how clean everything was and how well it was taken care of. The staff clearly pay attention to the place and it shows. You also get good value for the money, which is always a plus. The apartments themselves are really nice—spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Overall, it was just an easy, comfortable stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

PositiveEveryone is different. I'm not sociable so I don't engage in activities much, and that's my choice. But there are daily things happening. Pets are allowed, which is nice. There's an organization of home aides who have an office here. A PT is here frequently to check BP and run short exercise classes. A podiatrist comes monthly. There is limited bus service Tues thru Tuesday.

PositiveI couldn't be happier with Hartland Hills, and Dad loves it there. The staff are great and treat the residents like they would their own family members. The deck is Dad's favorite part of the apartment - he spends every day wildlife watching out there. He's made a lot of great friends there too. We highly recommend it to everyone we talk to!
