Custom-tailored health and personal care options are available through a third-party provider for an additional fee. Emergency response services are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by trained associates. The Office Manager at the community of your choice can help you sign up upon move-in. Living Arrangements Pinegate offers multiple studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options, so all residents can choose a layout and price point that best fits their individual needs. All floor plans include a charming kitchenette and wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning units are available in each apartment for optimal comfort. Many units include a private patio, and a select few feature a walk-in closet as well. For added convenience, several utilities are bundled into the monthly rent, including cable TV.
