Great communication & friendly staff

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If anything like a fall happens, they call immediately and let you know. They're great at keeping you informed of how your family member is doing and if anything is out of the ordinary. The facility always smelled extremely strong of Lysol, so strong that I came out smelling of it and with a horrible headache after just a 30 minute visit. Compassionate care team

We are thankful for the supportive community at The Landing of Bogart. The staff is caring and attentive and helpful to our mom and dad every day. They bring their compassion to their positions as care team members. My siblings and I are actively involved in our parents' care. We chose the LoB carefully and intentionally. Great staff and beautiful inviting facility. Would recommend.

Very positive experience and would highly recommend for memory care (no experience with the other side). Very warm and home-y feeling. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. And a couple residents that I spoke to while touring the first time said they love living there. The real thing that stood out was that they happened to have a room available and ready within 5 days of us touring the second time and we needed a place right away so that was so lucky!!!

Our family had an in person tour with The Landing of Bogart twice - the first tour experience was a 5 but the second experience was a 3. On the second tour the seemed uninterested in us.
