We have decided to move our father here. We were treated well. The place is very clean and professional. The residents appear to be happy and engaged.

No what we expected

I'm actually considering moving her again. We're pretty unhappy with our experience Dirty laundry is often found in the floor in her room, long periods of time with out her being checked for incontinence, medication is not given crushed as needed per doctors orders. She is dressed improperly. She has been to the hospital several times since admission

"Great Beginnings at Charter Senior Living"

Everyone we have met is kind and caring. The day shift seems to be on top of things. It took almost a month to get the night shift to do laundry without me having to ask even though the facility set the laundry days. I would definitely recommend. The facility, staff, activities, and food are all top notch. The location is also good.

This is a beautiful facility. The staff are warm and welcoming and the director provided me with information specific to my family’s needs. Everything is clean and bright and residents appear happy and well cared for. The rooms are very nice and families can furnish the rooms to their individual taste. Family is welcome to visit at any time and special celebrations can be arranged in a private dining area. The surrounding area is busy, but Charter is set away from the noises. I’m sure anyone would be comfortable at

Generally positive, with opportunities for growth

I rated most areas a 3 because my overall experience has been average, with both positives and areas for improvement. At times, the resident room does not appear as clean as expected. Communication between administrative staff and those providing day-to-day care seems to be an area that could be strengthened, as information does not always feel fully aligned. The food is generally okay, though it often seems heavier in carbohydrates and starches, with fewer green vegetables than expected for a balanced diet. Staf
