PositiveWe picked them because of the affordability and the room size. The staff seemed very nice. It's certainly not a lively bunch of people but I guess that's what is to be expected in assisted living. I would recommend to others. The place could use some updates. We went to one event that promised food, music, and games and it was a bit lackluster and depressing

Positive[name removed], the director (I don't know his title) is amazing. He goes over & above to make things nice for everyone. He treats everyone respectfully. Other staff members are friendly and compassionate. My mother in law has been very happy.

PositiveHoly Family Manor was clean and the people were caring. Unfortunately, my brother's dementia caused him to physically strike an aide, so he was only there about 2 weeks, and from there was re-hospitalized

PositiveEvery single person was kind and helpful at Holy Family Manor. The move in process could use work. As a better procedure of the doctor/nurse should see them at the site within 1-2 days upon arrival. Everyone needs to be aware of DNR immediately of arrival so unnecessary resuscitation is avoided. I/we would recommend Family Manor very highly.
