CriticalImprovements needed
Air-conditioning in hallway has not worked since May and no plans to fix it. Rent has been increased by $[removed]/month without explanation. Cleanliness is not on the list of things that happen and residents are not supposed to clean anything but their apartment. All residents have the same complaints. I like the location and friends I have made.

55+retirement apts w/activities. Residents here are very kind. Staff are all very efficient and kind--even [name removed] the [name removed]. You do your own cooking and groceries. Small 1 bdrm is $[removed]. Rent is high everywhere..sigh. Security 3 story bldg w/elevator. Small dogs ok w/ fee.
