My mom is very happy with the activities. Some of the staff are really great and I trust them, but there have been times when they haven't done as they said they would because they didn't have enough time i.e. showers. I know the caregivers are working but sometimes it seems there aren't enough of them. On cleaning day, the housekeeper is supposed to change linens but they seem to miss that task unless it's pointed out. Linens were lost the first day they did laundry. Apartment size is very nice. As far as the staff being accommodating and friendly they have been good I haven't heard any complaints about the food or anything else I was quite disappointed that we were not fully apprised of the $[removed] that we paid to hold his room for just a couple of days and we would have taken our chances had we known it was for that and plus you went up on the rent $[removed] a month the month after he moved in and didn't give us a heads up on that so I'm just being honest you know maybe we should have asked more ques…
