Facility is kept up nice nice size apartment. nurse stays in touch. social worker [name removed] pretty responsive. Can say the same for her boss [name removed] who never gets back to me. if you stay connected to the residents care you can get answers otherwise they don't always reach out in timely manner.

When our Mom moved into Ingersoll Place we hoped for kindness and safety, however we found so much more. As a not for profit community run by a volunteer Board of Trustees, there are no distant layers of management for decision making and we quickly learned that residents and families are special and care is very personalized. Most importantly the level of care was excellent. Services were personalized to residents needs. Medications were always on time and as prescribed. Food was excellent.
